Yoga Schedule

All of our yoga classes are taught by experienced yoga teachers in an intimate environment. Your body and mind are one of a kind and therefore need more individualized attention. Instructors will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in your class.
Yoga class passes are available for:
6 Classes ($14.00/class - $84.00 plus gst)
12 classes ($12.00/class - $144.00 plus gst)  
24  classes ($11.00/class -$264.00 plus gst)
1 week unlimited (new students-$25.00 plus gst)
1 month unlimited ($120.00 plus gst)
3 month unlimited ($325.00 plus gst)
6 month unlimited ($595.00 plus gst)

*Yoga postures are more beneficial when more than one class is taken per week

  • Use your Yoga pass to register for classes or to drop into classes that suit your schedule
  • 6 and 12 class passes are valid for 3 months
  • 24 class passes are valid for 4 months
  • Extensions are available on 6, 12 and 24 class passes
  • Drop in’s welcome - $16.00/class (paid per class)
  • No Classes on Family Day weekend (Saturday-Monday) and Easter Monday

ADULT YOGA (16 years of age and older preferred):

Morning Flow Yoga:
A variety of yoga postures to stretch and strengthen your body in the morning to start your day fresh and energized. These classes are a combination of flow yoga and held postures focusing on alignment and breath to increase flexibility, stamina, and clarity. These sessions are great for beginners or students who have been developing their practice. Be prepared to sweat, breathe and calm your mind. Men and women are welcome. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga-All Levels:

Vinyasa means "to link movement with breath." In these classes we will help you to take your mind and body to the next level. They are powerful and calm classes that allow you to stretch, strengthen, and heal the body and mind using postures and breathing that will encourage the body to open in a natural non- competitive way. Expect to sweat, cleanse, and to detoxify both physically and mentally. Classes are suitable for beginner’s and intermediate students. Men and women welcome.

Experienced Power Flow Yoga:
 
A yoga class that will allow students to experience an environment that is rich in a variety of postures that are both for strength and flexibility.  Yoga experience needed, but more importantly a willingness to step out of your comfort zone and take your body and mind beyond its comfort zone. Students (men and women) should have at least 6 months of regular yoga experience and feel ready for a challenge both mentally and physically.

Gentle Hatha Yoga: This class will be beneficial for people with athletic injuries, repetitive strains, or overall muscle weakness. If you want to increase range of motion, decrease pain, and improve strength this is the class for you. The use of resistance bands, straps, blocks and other props to ease into the postures are provided. This class utilizes poses that are energetic, strong, and restorative.

Thursday: 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. (Becca)

Core Yoga with Stability Ball:A fun and challenging way to learn and experience yoga postures with the assistance of the yoga/stability ball. This class is a great complement to the week classes, as it focuses primarily on core and strengthening the spine. Beginner’s and yoga students welcome. Men and women will learn the joys of breathing, strengthening and stretching areas of the body to improve overall well-being.

Mom and Baby Yoga: With the use of yoga poses and breathing exercises this class will help you to connect with your baby in a very calm and nurturing environment. You will tighten your core, strengthen your back and increase your energy. A class taught by a mom, who knows all about what it takes to get your body and mind healthy and strong so you can look after the ones who matter the most.
Wednesday: 1:00-2:00p.m. (Non- Crawling babies can be sleeping or alert during class)

PRE TEEN AND TEEN YOGA:

Pre-Teen Yoga (8-12 years): What a great way to encourage your child to be active and calm all at the same time. This hour of light hearted and fun yoga is devoted to helping your child explore movement using postures and breathing appropriate for their age. Boys and girls welcome. No yoga experience needed.

Teen Yoga (13-16 years): A perfect class for boys and girls wanting to cross train or learn about movement with some core strength and stretch. This class is great if your child plays hockey, basketball, volleyball, soccer, or participates in karate, ballet, or gymnastics. Your teen will love this class. Let’s bring some balance into our families with Yoga.
